My passion is in providing women and their partners the opportunity to explore pregnancy and birth as a natural life experience, and achieve their most positive, empowered birth. This is possible for any turn your birthing takes. Whether you are aiming for a fully natural experience or planning on an epidural, I can provide you with the necessary tools to make your birthing experience one to remember and celebrate.
I offer group courses at venues across both of my home states, the wonderful Sunshine Coast Queensland and the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria.
WHAT IS INCLUDED?
What is included in a Hypnobirthing Australia Positive Birth Program Course?
This is a comprehensive childbirth education course that will have you walking out the door fully prepared, excited and positively anticipating your birthing day.
~12 hours, we will cover:
- A detailed understanding of what happens physically during labour
- How to work with our body to allow it to do what it is designed to do - birth!
- For birth partners how to best support our birthing mums before, during and after labour
- An understanding of all the different options regarding birth so you can make informed decisions about what is best for your own birth
- A detailed toolkit of resources, relaxation and hypnosis techniques to create a beautiful, relaxed birthing experience!
- Hypnobirthing Australia relaxation/ self-hypnosis tracks (2 albums) with music, affirmations.
The all-inclusive cost of the Hypnobirthing Positive Birth Program Group Course is $595.00 and the Hypnobirthing Positive Birth Program Private Course is $950.00.

When is the best time to learn?
The best time to attend a birthing class is from 20 weeks. So, take the step today to join me and learn how birthing your baby can be a great life achievement for you while also giving your baby the best start to life. Your birth partner, hubby, friend, birth support person has a huge part to play also so bring them along and together let's get you ready for the big day.
Terms & Conditions.
A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.The entire course fee is due 14 days prior to the course start date. In cases where the enrolee withdraws, they are entitled to a refund (less the non-refundable deposit) up to the course start date or they may change to a later course date. In the unlikely event that classes are cancelled by Inspired Births, a full refund is applicable. If any travel restrictions are enforced, we will revert to Zoom for all face-to-face courses.
